General Delivery information:

Deliveries during Winter are as follows…….

We deliver to Falls Creek on Wednesdays and Fridays.

No delivery charges to Falls Creek

Orders need to be in by 11am on Monday for a Wednesday delivery and by 11am on a Wednesday for a Friday delivery

We deliver to Bright and Surrounds on a Thursday.

Orders need to be in by 11am on Tuesday.

Delivery Charge is $12 per carton for order under $150. Free delivery for orders over $150.

We deliver to Mt Hotham, Harrietville ,Smoko and Freeburgh on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Orders need to be in by 11am on Friday for a Tuesday delivery and 11am on Tuesday for a Thursday delivery

It is best if someone is home for the delivery, if no one will be home then please ensure you leave specific instructions in the order notes as to where the delivery should be left. When a delivery is left unattended all risk for the goods passes to you the customer.

Fresh produce weight variance: We endeavour to get the weight of fresh produce as close as possible to the order quantity. However, there can be slight variation where the weight may be slightly over or under the ordered amount.

Special requests: If you have any specific requirements or instructions please include these in the order comments/notes during checkout.

Returns and refunds After delivery please check your order carefully. If there are any issues with the items delivered please bring this to our attention within 24 hour of the delivery so that we can assist you with an appropriate solution.
